Below is the first challenge I will be completing by the 30 day fitness challenge website. Now since I was in a car accident that hurt my lower back my Dr asked me not to complete all the exercises at this time I will be only doing 1, 2 & 4. Hopefully next month I will be able to do them all.

Day 1 I completed 2 reps of (1,2, & 4) with 10lb weights it was a little tougher than I thought it would be and I can only imagine that the combination of them all would be a great workout!  I also completed 45 mins of walking (3 miles).
