I don’t usually crave sweets but hey if you can make some low carb cookies why not?
I followed this recipe Skinny Peanut butter cookies from Sprinkled with Fitness Blog. I used baking Stevia to make them.
1 cup of natural peanut butter
2/3 cup Stevia Baking sugar
Mixed together and balled them up. I then squished them down with the fork. Put them in the oven and 10 mins later soft yummy cookies. That was my favorite part I love soft cookies.
I made a batch for me and Kalisha, it literally took no time and they were yummy.
I made a batch for Gabriel and added a scoop of protein in them for a workout snack. He said they were great 🙂
