I had some extra calories to eat so I decided to make myself a little sundae (I used a 2 cup bowl, it helps make me feel like I’m eating alot)
Carbs: 45.8g (38.7* net carbs)
It was great and hit the spot 🙂 I was finishing the rest of my slow churned vanilla ice cream. I will most likely switch to frozen yogurt for my “ice cream” needs.
