Since my stomach was upset yesterday I decided to keep my breakfast light, so I made myself a smoothie from the Drop 10 Diet book. It is called the Berry Smoothie but I made some adjustments.
1 1/2 protein scoop, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk
*Adjustments I made, I only put 1 scoop of protein, and added ½ frozen dark cherries, ½ frozen blueberries instead of fresh , 1 tbsp chocolate mix (no sugar added)
I added the cherries as it is a natural pain reliever
