It has been 38 weeks since our lil dragon was born.  I’m down 34 lbs and still have 10 more to go.  I’m at a size 4 again and I hope to get down to a 2 over the next 6 to 8 weeks (end of July/ mid Aug).

It was both challenging and rewarding to reach my goals.  I have now switched gears and I’m back to running and conditioning. Since I’m attend graduate classes in the evenings it is difficult to do both weight train & run.

I will work on adding it on the weekends.
