Here’s my check in, it’s the end of my 3rd week “cutting” and the beginning of Week 14 (out) from the competition.
This past week I’ve been on my menses and it has messed with my weight. Definitely have had some water retention inflating my weight on the scale. If it wasn’t for progress pics I’d be way down on myself. Also had alot of events this week that while I met macros i was eating foods I don’t normally consume more than 1 a week (Cheetos, hot dogs, cookies) leaving me HUNGRY!
So happy to be back to my regular healthier foods with my usual treats!!
