Happy New Year – How to get started

Hi everyone!  Happy New year!

Is anyone else struggling to get started on this new year’s work out plans?  I have the plan I selected.  I find myself doing other things that are just as important to me.

I am going to set the goal or intention to work out twice this coming week.  Today I did about 12 minutes of yoga.  I want to add more Yoga to my daily routine aside from working out 2x a week for the next month.

What are your 2020 goals?  What is your goal for Jan?
