Hi everyone, this coming Friday, I will be 6 months postpartum. I feel I am looking “better” than I did when I had my first son about this time. But I may be delusional. I think I weigh (150lbs) about the same when I was PP in 2017. I can’t complain about where I am in my weight seeing that I am not actively doing anything in any direction. This month I am aiming at meeting more days with 5k steps, 1-2 work outs and eating more veggies.
So, all of January I worked out a whole, I don’t know 5 times maybe lol. I do not know what is keeping me from doing it. I need to stick to a schedule. Today I worked out for a whole whopping 5 minutes. It was just some running in place while passing a basketball to my four year old. I guess it’s better than nothing.
How do you get yourself back on track? How is 2020 treating you so far?
